Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards 2021 (Category : Software – IT Services)

MTSSB was responsible for the development of the
gateway to host an online government services in
a single one-stop portal known as the Government
Online Services Gateway (GOSG).

The GOSG project was commissioned by the Malaysian
Administrative Modernisation and Management
Planning Unit (MAMPU).

The gateway integrates to a host of other government
public delivery services, with objective to eliminate silo
workings among departments and also to encourage
ease of communications and transactions for the
Malaysian citizens and general public.

Following the deployment of GOSG, it has uplifted
Malaysia’s e-Government ranking from position 60 to 47.

Registered with more than 123,000 registered users,
the system integrates 383 services covering nine
live events. It is also linked to 865 agencies providing
services to the general public.

MyHDW is a national healthcare information gathering and reporting system linking all government and private healthcare facilities developed by MIMOS in collaboration with the Health Ministry. The comprehensive data warehouse system generates health statistics and visualisation from all healthcare service providers nationwide.

2 – SHARE/GUIDE’s ICT Award 2019 by SHARE/GUIDE Association, Malaysia’s IT Users Group

3 – Malaysia IDC Digital Transformation Awards 2020

This award was awarded to MIMOS through Malaysian Health Data Warehouse (MyHDW) by the Malaysia Ministry of Health.

This category aims to award the technology program or project which has enabled discernible and measurable excellence in the organization’s ability to treat data and information as critical assets.
